Small Business Forum: RSVP

I am delighted to inform you the Hon. Stephen Kamper MP, Minister for Small Business and I, will be hosting a Small Business Forum from 5:30pm – 7:30pm on Wednesday, 20 November 2024. The forum will be held at the McKell Room – NSW Parliament House, 6 Macquarie Street, Sydney 2000.

Special attendees will include Dr George Tomka, Director of Innovation and Commercial Research at the University of Wollongong. With a background of supporting the international growth of innovation-driven businesses, he now leads a team supporting the engagement of businesses with UOW’s research services and capabilities. The University is dedicated to helping the success of small and medium sized businesses and through their incubator, iAccelerate, help the growth of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.

A representative from the Employer Engagement Team iCare, who operate and provide services for the NSW Government's insurance schemes, will discuss workers’ compensation and premiums. The Hon. Steve Kamper MP will be in attendance to speak with, and hear from, business owners and associates within the electorate.

We have so many established and growing small business owners between Sutherland and Bulli who have forged – or are forging – successful careers in the small business sector.

Minister Kamper and I want to hear from those within the sector about what is working, what is not working, and what opportunities there are to promote the small business sector throughout the Heathcote Electorate.

RSVPs and dietary requirements are needed by Monday 18 November. Please RSVP below.
