ENGADINE Dragons Junior Rugby League Club has been praised in State Parliament for a Mental Fitness 4 Life initiative, launched in 2021, which adds education around mental fitness to footy skills.

"The club has also included workshops on how boys and girls can look after their mates and themselves during tough times," Heathcote MP Maryanne Stuart said. "The club registers players up to age 16, which is a crucial stage in developing mental resilience skills."
