That this House:

(1) Acknowledges the 2023/24 bushfire season officially began at the start of October.

(2) Recognises experts have warned excessive fuel loads and warmer than average weather could result in a worrisome 23/24 bushfire season.

(3) Notes the significant number of paid and volunteer Rural Fire Service (RFS) members throughout the Heathcote electorate.

(4) Thanks every RFS member in the Heathcote electorate for their dedication and determination in keeping our community safe.
