That this House:

(1) Acknowledges the 2023/24 surf life saving season officially began at the start of October.

(2) Notes the Heathcote region is home to some of the most picturesque beaches throughout New South Wales.

(3) Recognises the incredibly large number of volunteer surf life savers who are tasked with keeping beachgoers safe throughout the Illawarra and Sutherland Shire regions.

(4) Thanks those volunteers in advance for their efforts over the 2023/24 surf life saving season.
